起薪低也別當跳跳族　新鮮人年資滿1年資歷獲認同 Sep 10th 2012, 03:57 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕新鮮人找到適合的工作不容易，起薪也不如預期，yes123求職網調查顯示，在企業端的調查部分，有51.%的企業今年願意聘用畢業生，在聘用標準上，有55%的企業最在乎的是打工經驗，遠遠超過科系及專業證照；在一年內會調薪水的企業，達到8成2以上，近5成企業主認為工作資歷要滿一年，才會認同該份資歷。
