升格與捷運效應發酵　新北市上半年平均成交房價突破千萬 Jul 6th 2012, 09:13 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕新北市升格以及捷運效應發酵，根據房仲業者統計發現，新北市今年上半年的住宅平均成交總價已經超過千萬元，達1,017萬元，其中，千萬元以上住宅的成交比重也將近4成，較2年前升格以前的24%，出現明顯的增長。
