台積電除息秀　早盤開高緩步填息中 Jul 4th 2012, 01:29 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕晶圓代工龍頭台積電今（4）日除息，每股配發3元現金股利，市值將縮水777億元，不過，法人在看好下積極加碼，股價除息前創6月來新高，早盤則以82.1元開出，上漲0.9元，早盤維持小紅，呈現緩步填息表現。
