地方財政亮紅燈　宜蘭、竹市、苗栗債務都超限 Jul 10th 2012, 04:57 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕財政部今（10）日首度公告「地方債務鐘」，根據統計，包括宜蘭縣、新竹市、苗栗縣等3縣市的債務超限，財政部已依要求3縣市限期其改正，或提償債計畫，來改善債務，否則將透過中央統籌分配稅款與補助款等方式予以管控。
