鞋靴反傾銷稅案落日調查　財政部認定若停止將再發生傾銷 Jul 24th 2012, 12:29 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕針對是否對自大陸進口鞋靴產品繼續課徵反傾銷稅一案，財政部關稅稅率委員會認為，由於大陸出口能量龐大，且傾銷情形仍繼續存在，如停止課徵反傾銷稅恐將繼續或再發生傾銷，已函請經濟部進行產業損害認定，並評估對國家整體經濟利益影響。
