房市╱北涼中南溫　民眾對Q3房價看法持平、北市最保守 Jul 4th 2012, 14:05 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕歐債危機仍未平歇，國內經濟連續7個月出現代表景氣衰退的藍燈，連帶也影響民眾對房價的看法。調查顯示，高達4成2的民眾對未來3個月房價抱持保守持平的看法，其中，以台北市對房價看法最為保守，愈往桃竹及中南部走，民眾對房價的信心則愈樂觀，市場呈現「北涼中南溫」的趨勢。
