韓國吃橘子未申報　公平會罰Nexon90萬並限期3個月內改正 Jul 4th 2012, 05:00 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕韓國遊戲大廠納克森公司（Nexon Co., Ltd.）惡意併購國內遊戲大廠遊戲橘子數位科技公司事件爆發後，公平交易委員會迅速的在今（4）日以日商Nexon（因Nexon在日本上市）取得遊戲橘子1/3以上股份，應申報結合而未申報，違反公平交易法規定，處新台幣90萬元罰鍰，並要求Nexon公司應自處分書送達之次日起3個月內予以改正。
