聯電、美商Lattice策略合作　年底推出新產品 Jul 10th 2012, 01:55 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕聯電今(10)日宣佈與美商萊迪思半導體(Lattice Semiconductor Corporation)建立長期技術夥伴關係。雙方將在聯電先進製程平台上，攜手製造萊迪斯的非揮發性產品，進而將此合作關係迅速拓展到其他的產品線；雙方目前積極合作，將在2012年底推出由聯電製造的40奈米非揮發性產品。
