宏達電、蘋果專利戰火變數多　外資目標價降至1字頭 Jul 12th 2012, 03:45 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕宏達電近期在與蘋果的專利戰中多空交雜，日前收到美國專利商標局(USPTO)再審查證書，確認所購買的S3專利有效性，但是，使用Google轉讓的5項專利控告蘋果侵權一案，經美國國際貿易委員會裁定無法使用，宏達電對判決失望，表示將尋求其他可行措施捍衛權益；外資近來紛紛調降宏達電目標價，甚至出現下修至「1」字頭，12日股價重挫逾3.5%，300元關卡價岌岌可危。
