保險業不動產投資正式解禁　預估可為市場注入千億資金 Aug 15th 2013, 17:45 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕保險業不動產投資解禁了！金管會15日表示，南山人壽、台灣人壽及全球人壽已收到解禁令，可以進行不動產投資，至於富邦人壽、新光人壽及中信人壽等公司，可望在本周或下周獲准投資。市場也預估，解禁後，可為不動產市場注入千億的資金活水。
