電價處理原則　張家祝：降低對民生用電的負擔、節能減碳 Aug 15th 2013, 09:44 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕預定10月調漲的第二階段電價調整，經濟部長張家祝今（15）日表示，內部有研究好幾套方案，但尚未定案，他也說明規劃的原則，第一盡量降低對基本民生用電的負擔，第二是要有節能減碳的效果。
