賴正鎰：奢侈稅延長無異是打趴房地產　衝擊300萬人生計 Aug 19th 2013, 12:14 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕財政部今（19）日舉行奢侈稅檢討座談會，聽取各界對奢侈稅存廢、閉鎖年限、是否分區課徵，以及是否將買家納入課稅範圍等意見，台灣國際不動產發展協會理事長賴正鎰再度呼籲，實施奢侈稅2年來，已達到打擊短期炒房風氣，政府最好先暫緩或維持現狀即可，現階段絕不適合再延長閉鎖期年限，若執意推動，無異是打趴房地產，製造房市災難，衝擊房地產上下游產業約300萬人的家庭生計，屆時只會傷及更多無辜。
