修正央行阻升、出口商拋匯　新台幣早盤觸及29.94升近1角 Aug 20th 2013, 02:20 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕在修正中央銀行前一交易日阻升匯價的補漲效應，加上接近月底，出口商有實質拋匯需求，即便亞洲貨幣兌美元走弱，新台幣兌美元匯價20日早盤仍呈現升值走勢，盤中一度來到29.94元、升值近1角。
