董事肥貓？　宏�：王振堂、施振榮只領12萬車馬費 Aug 2nd 2013, 02:43 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕證交所公開資訊觀測站揭露去年上市櫃公司董監酬酬勞，去年虧損的宏�平均每位董事酬金達439萬元，引來董事肥貓的批評，宏�特別澄清指出，去年全體董事酬金中幾乎都是外部董事與獨立董事的報酬，其餘董事包括董事長王振堂、施振榮等4人，去年僅各領12萬元車馬費，並未領取分文報酬。
