台北人好辛苦！北市房價所得比11.9倍　桃中高4.5倍 Aug 17th 2013, 03:58 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕房仲業者根據各縣市家庭可支配所得，去計算購買30坪住宅的平均成交總價，計算房價所得比，最高的首推台北市的11.9倍，也就是說，想在北市買房得不吃不喝11.9年，而桃園、台中、高雄三大都會區的房價所得比都不超過4.5倍，壓力相對北市減輕許多，還不到北市的一半。
