退貨不當扣除商品減損價值　公平會罰德力邦克250萬 Mar 1st 2012, 03:37 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕公平交易委員會今（1）日表示，德力邦克股份有限公司從事多層次傳銷，在參加人終止契約辦理退出退貨時，不當扣除商品減損價值，另變更銷售商品品項也沒有在實施前報備，且未在參加人加入時締結書面參加契約及未在主要營業所按月備置營運發展狀況資料，違反公平交易法以及依公平法訂定的多層次傳銷管理辦法等規定，因而處德力邦克公司新臺幣250萬元罰鍰。

爾必達TDR沒人要買　投資人欲哭無淚 Feb 29th 2012, 13:57 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕爾必達(Elpida)聲請破產保護，將在3/28下市，來台發行的爾必達TDR也將同步下市，雖然證交所強調將積極敦促爾必達無條件收購在外流通的台灣存託憑證，但投資人仍是擔心可能血本無歸，29日一早在集中市場就有2.6萬張的6.53元跌停價賣單，不過根本就沒有成交，沒有任何的買單， 讓急著賣股的投資人欲哭無淚，以掛牌上市價21.3元計算，跌幅近7成。
